Appointments to the Wayne County Tax Appeals Board are governed by KRS 133.020.
This is three person board. One to be appointed by the County Judge/Executive, one to be appointed by the Fiscal Court, and one to be appointed by the Mayor of the city. Each person is appointed to serve for a three year term. A board member who has served for a full term shall not be eligible for reappointment. However, they shall be eligible for appointment after a hiatus of three years.
